Pre-Project Planning and Design Brief

Working closely with the local Council, permissions were obtained to build a band new house by extending the properties footprint with a large kitchen extension, and a reconfiguration of the internal layout to create a flow factor throughout...

Our brief was to build a traditional house in keeping with the local surrounding but with latest energy efficient heating system.
