Pre-Project Planning and Design Brief

Working closely with the local Council and architects, permissions were obtained to replace the old derelict row of garages with a bespoke designed house.

Alongside the bespoke floating roof and joinery throughout the home created by skilled craftsmen, it offers a real sanctuary from busy London life.

Below ground at basement level sleeping accommodation is provided with courtyard amenity.
